Clint joined Crescendo Ventures as a Kauffman Fellow after spending 15 years as a serial entrepreneur. He founded and led DecisionStreet, Outcome Software, Decision Quality International, and The Decision Company. All four companies helped consumers or businesses make better decisions through software, training and consulting.

An expert in decision analysis, Clint holds a Ph.D. in the area from Stanford University’s Engineering-Economic Systems department. He has built web-based decision tools for both large organizations and consumers and holds multiple patents in web-based decision analytics. He has trained over 1000 Fortune 500 executives in the principles of decision quality, licensed his decision training programs to over 10,000 end users, and helped a wide range of companies make high stakes decisions in technology, financial services, and health care.

Clint teaches a graduate level course in ethical decision making at Stanford University where he works with the Decisions and Ethics Center. He co-authored Ethics for the Real World (Harvard Business Press 2008) and has taught ethical decision making at Grinnell College where he earned a BA with honors in mathematics and currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees.

Clint is an active seed investor and currently works with early-stage investments including GCommerce, BayTSP, PDHI, Huddler, InsightGuru, Jubon, NewsCertified and Starmine (Acquired by Thomson Reuters),
